# Operation

If the $ETH deposit threshold exceeds 20%, NFTs will be purchased, and if it falls below 20%, NFTs will be sold\

The liquidity in $ETH will allow people to buy and sell their Kairos Index Token for its value in $ETH. 

Every 4 hours, it will be possible to enter or exit the vault based on the estimated value by Chainlink, the $ETH in the vault, and each person's proportional share. \
\
A Uniswap pool will also be set up later to enable faster exchanges.
